( Dinner) in the mountain
After a month and a half of setting up our space, we proposed the idea of a studio warming dinner party.
The kitchen space was transformed into a dining room, and the rest of our studio remained open for the visitors to see processual works and our inhabited space.
The six of us prepared a unique dish that felt personal and close to us; as if we were bringing a piece of our home/backgrounds with us into the space, to share with our guests. We made a menu and a short text description accompanied with the meals we prepared.
Through this dinner, we had hoped to create space and a focus for conversations that would typically emerge during art openings or events, but perhaps also something that is closer to our daily lives as well.
